                                          NURSING HOME

Today I discuss for my friend to put his mother in a nursing home it is good or she stays with at their home because they have a spare room and they have two children.

My opinion should be his mom stay his house because when he was child his mom looked him.so the son might regret to his mom and also he has two room so doesn't problem stay his house. and old man all time happy to stay with their children. and also a good thing grandchildren will grow with a grandma she will feel loved and warm and man tent keeping the tradition. And one big problem nursing homes are expensive and another thing too much routine life.when they go to work they hearing caretaker that time look his mommy opinion that could bo cheaper than a nursing home.

And other things they have a lot of problems and also they rich people they can put his mother in a nursing home. Otherwise, my opinion parents should stay with their children when they old.

Cumber Land Council

16. Memorial Avenue, Merrylands.

NSW-2166

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Yesterday's local newspaper states that Cumber Land Council to make the park an alcohol free zone. I am writing to support the council as it is a very good idea.

I live in a residential  area and our local park is near my house. If park is an alcohol free zone it will be good for children because they play in the park and some time people meet in the park and also old people do some walking in the park.If people drink alcohol in the park I think it is not good for people because some time people get aggressive and throw rubbish  in the park.I think reducing alcohol in the park is good for people because people will feel safe.

I am very grateful of  your idea and I hope you will continue to help our local residents.

Your faithfully,

Pratiti Chakraborty

Hunter Valley farmer, Wendy Bowman, has won the Goldman Environmental Prize.

A farmer from the Upper Hunter Valley in New South Wales has today been bestowed a significant international environmental award.
Wendy Bowman has received the Goldman Environmental Prize in the United States, and is the first Australian to be honoured in almost 15 years.
Previously won by former Greens leader, Bob Brown, the award recognises unsung individuals who are striving to protect the natural environment in the face of overwhelming odds.
For almost three decades, the tenacious Hunter Valley cattle producer has been fighting to save prime farmland, water, and rural villages from the impacts of open-cut coal mining — inspiring a community movement along the way.
She said receiving the award was an unexpected surprise.
"When I got the phone call, I was in shock, because I really had never heard of this award and I didn't believe it was happening for a long while," she said.
The prize is awarded annually to a grassroots environmental leader from each of the world's six inhabited continental regions, offering financial support to pursue their vision.

New home, new furniture: Advice for inexperienced buyers

The interior trends you’ll love in 2017 Popular design trends have an expiry date Experts predict the biggest interior trends  So you’ve bought your first house. And now you’ve got to furnish it. Money’s tight all over, especially for young adults and first-home buyers, but odds are the cheap-and-nasty stuff you had when you were share housing has done its dash.

When to comes to big furniture purchases, look at getting classic pieces that are built to last, says Triana Odone of King Living. “If you’re on a budget, don’t purchase based on trends that won’t be chic in a year’s time. Stick to buying a quality-made piece that’s built to last.”

“Take the time to do some research and really think about what style of decor you prefer,” says Odone. “Do you like quite simple, contemporary designs without big cushions? Do you like sofas and chairs that you can really curl up in?” Once you’ve got an understanding of your style, think about how you’re going to use your living room – where you’re better off spending a bit extra on quality construction, and where you can save money, too.

Scientists fear 457 visa changes will hinder research

Scientists fear the changes to the 457 visa system could have major unforeseen consequences for Australia's cutting edge research labs.
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has announced the Coalition is abolishing the 457 visa system, which will be replaced with two new classes of visa.
The Government said it wanted to train more local workers, which is set to be funded from an increased fee charged when employers bring in temporary skilled foreign workers.
Universities are concerned the changes will prevent them from hiring post-doctoral research fellows because of a requirement to have a minimum two years of work experience.
Scientists said the 457 visas were crucial for helping to teach Australian undergraduate students while advancing cutting-edge science being done in Australia.

    OUTDOOR LEARNING
Outdoor learning is very important in our society.  children only going to school and they stay in the classroom and they learning the only book as it is they won't pass. my opinion every school should it curriculum the outdoor learning, the student many many benefits from outdoor learning.

many researchers say outdoor learning more benefit from indoor learning. they say the teacher should focus a student development their life, an advantage of nature. like climbing trees. we take our oxygen by nature. nature is very important in our life. A final benefit is that it helps with the problem of  what is called 'stranger danger'
        INTERNATIONAL  WOMENS DAY

International women's day is celebrated around the world on 8 march every year. I thought no one no knows for sure why the date changed to march 8. but this is the date when thousands of women started annual marches inNew Yor's streets.

I think now many countries celebrate this day. my opinion not only 8 march women's day. every day is women's day.Women working outside also.  a long year ago women's only stay at home and do the cooking, claing  .and look after their children and another family members.

Now totally concept change worldwide. men and women equal work ride.every sector entertainment, business, politic. cooking women participant and day doing good.I know some of the country ministers also women.
I born and bought up in India.India PRI minister long time ago she also women her name is Indira Gandhi . she was very powerful women.
It is a very thoughtful idea. but not only 8 march.every day is women's day.

---- LOVE MARRIAGES OR ARRANGE MARRIAGES IS BETTER

My opinion is love marriage or arranges marriage both is a good or bad mix because marriage is respect for each other not only husband wife, it is also family respect and understand both families.

I think love marriage is more emotion because before married they feel love all time. after married, they understand any think. If there any problems they can't  say anything family members.

I think arrange marriage is more successful then love marriage. because parents all time want their children life all time should be good. Arrange marriage they start love after marriage. other think no commit before marriage. If there any problem their family involve. And other hands they solve their problems.

                     HEROIN MUM JAILED IN BANGKOK

I think this is the right punishment. because this does not only affect the whole family but it is dangerous for other people and a bad example for society. In my opinion 50 years in prison is too much due to her plea guilty and the small quantity of heroin.

On the other hand  her children will be growing up without one parent. They will be ashamed they will not be proud of their mom. They forget the mom. It is my opinion feel about the prison and the children's situation.

My opinion is  this is a good lesson for respecting the law.
